Mexican-born painter and print-maker Enrique Chagoya will be featured in this newest installment of Icons in Conversation, a discussion forum at the Crocker Art Museum in which well-known figures offer rare insights into their art and creative process. One of the major artists in the Crocker’s exhibition “Our America: The Latino Presence in American Art,” Chagoya provides an outsider’s viewpoint abundant with political commentary, social satire, and cultural critique.
