Bank of Marin knows that establishing strong and lasting relationships with a wide-ranging group of clients starts with understanding each person and their unique business. It’s why it has built a team in Greater Sacramento that represents this diverse market at every level – whether it’s gender, culture, or socio-economic. These connections allow the Bank to relate to its clients on a personal level, which, in turn, helps contribute to understanding its clients’ businesses.
This month, Bank of Marin is celebrating five of its extraordinary leaders. Together, these women have more than 170 years of experience and committed service to the Greater Sacramento region. They each bring unique qualities and expertise that, when combined, deliver the best banking experience for their clients. Additionally, they serve on volunteer boards and share their talents by, among other things, teaching financial literacy, mentoring those new to the workforce, and serving as role models for women of all ages.
“For nearly 40 years, Bank of Marin has been proud to be part of the financial and social fabric of Greater Sacramento, beginning with the legacy of American River Bank,” says Lisa Cisneros, First Vice President, Regional Manager. “We have always placed tremendous value on our team members, each of whom brings distinct capabilities and contributions to work every day. Our diverse and talented team is the foundation of Bank of Marin’s success as a community-based business bank.”

In addition to employing a diverse workforce, the Bank allocates a significant amount of funds to a wide range of deserving nonprofit organizations to positively impact the communities they serve, in alignment with its mission “to do well by doing good.”
“I am incredibly proud of our fantastic team of bankers in Sacramento,” says Cisneros. “Every day they find new ways to contribute to the success of our clients, the Bank and our communities.”
