In one office at 555 Capitol Mall, three professionals serve clients needing legal counsel and representation or real estate brokerage services. Brothers Mitchell Abdallah and Richard Abdallah are both attorneys, each with his own law practice, and Jose Paredes-Mora joins the two in the same suite offering commercial real estate services.
Mitch Abdallah founded Abdallah Law Group, P.C. in 2004, focusing in business law, real estate law, and wills and trusts. With wife Desiree as his office manager, Abdallah says, “We offer the same expertise as larger law firms, but unlike larger law firms, our clients can reach us directly, and we communicate and respond to their needs immediately. That makes a world of difference to them when they’re having to face a legal dispute.”
Richard Abdallah established the Law Office of Richard M. Abdallah in 2010, focusing on family law. “Divorces and custody cases often involve high emotions and stress, and whenever possible, we try to resolve matters through negotiation and mediation,” he says. “However, we are always prepared to represent and fight for our clients in court as needed.”
“Each of us looks forward to serving our Sacramento region clients for years to come.” — Mitchell Abdallah, Attorney
Clients of both practices benefit from that direct connection to the attorneys, plus another advantage over large firms: less cost. In turn, both practices benefit from referrals, which represent about 75% of their business, with 25% coming from previous clients returning with new needs.
Also, Mitch, a licensed real estate broker partnered with Jose Paredes-Mora together to launch the commercial real estate brokerage, Abella Organization. The driving force of this business, Jose Paredes-Mora excels at identifying ideal properties and securing successful transactions for clients. He says, “I take pride in helping clients navigate in today’s challenging commercial real estate market.
