Photography is a second career for me. In a previous life I was an IT manager, dealing with computers, software, networks, end users and just about everything else technology related. I loved it, and I was good at it.
After a series of corporate mergers, I found myself at a crossroad with a tough decision to make. Ultimately I left the IT arena and ventured into the finance world. I hated it. I rode the wave, but I always knew it wasn’t my calling. After a few years I quit without having any idea what I was going to do next. After some serious soul searching and thinking hard about “what would I do if I could do anything”, I embarked on the journey to become a professional photographer.
After years of school, thousands of hours of shooting & editing, and learning side by side from renowned photographers, I now feel confident in calling myself a “professional”.
