The Sacramento Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International (LDEI) is proud to anounce the last in their Speaker Series for 2024. “Women in Business: Building a Brand, Creating Community” will be held Wednesday, November 20 at the Milagro Event Center by Bella Bru.

The event is open to the public and will feature area women who have blazed trails in their agriculture, food, and restaurant careers, leading the way for other women to follow. Guests will have the opportunity to engage in a lively event as the panel discusses their path to success, challenges they encountered along the way, their intentions for the future, and their suggestions for other Sacramento-area residents who have business dreams and goals. As with any other LDEI event, there will be fantastic foods and beverages to enjoy during the networking and programming.

Liz Mishler, President, Bella Bru Café & Catering– From her beginnings as the owner of a humble coffee cart to her present focus of restaurateur and caterer, Liz has grown her business to become one of the most loved restaurants in the Carmichael area and a top caterer. Bobbin Mulvaney, Co-Owner, Mulvaney’s B&L–With her chef husband, Patrick, Bobbin has successfully established one of the most celebrated restaurants in the region, firmly engaging in the community while earning Michelin accolades among others.
