Sacramento Circle (#SacCircle) is a new grassroots organization dedicated to providing a space for women to share resources, advice and experiences to build a stronger community. It’s for Sacramentans who don’t believe in a beginning or end … who prefer to collaborate rather than network … who live and think spherically … who understand the value in sharing their time and talents to improve Sacramento.

Starting with “It’s Time 2015”, #SacCircle will host quarterly events that bring together women’s organizations of all shapes and sizes for social and collaborative events. We’re starting small on purpose so it can grow into a substantive resource that fosters real and lasting change – and for that we need your participation and feedback.

It’s Time 2015 is a cross-sector initiative bringing women and men together to achieve gender equity and empower women and girls at all levels to be leaders. Expected to draw attendees representing a full spectrum of social and economic diversity, the inaugural summit will take place May 1-3, 2015 in the host city of Baltimore, while satellite events occur simultaneously in partner cities across the U.S.
