On December 12th and 13th from 10am-4pm The 2014 Historic
Folsom Holiday Home Tour will feature nine charming historic
sites decorated for the holidays, a lovely art and hand-crafted
holiday gift boutique at the Murer House, musical entertainment
and an opportunity to enjoy the season as you step back in
time.
Folsom’s historic district dates from the mid-1800s and has
numerous historic homes and structures that evoke memories of
times long gone by. This year’s holiday tour celebrates “70 years
of architectural styles” with tour sites ranging from the
post-gold rush of the 1850s to the roaring 1920s!
Folsom’s Historic Holiday Home Tour Committee invites you to step
inside these charming residences and buildings to get a unique
glimpse of life from bygone eras. We hope you enjoy your tour as
you experience one-of-a-kind dwellings and structures decorated
with festive holiday décor in delightful Old Folsom!
Be sure to get your tickets early as attendance is limited. In
past years the event has sold out in advance and we expect the
same for this year’s much anticipated historic holiday tour!
NOTE: Each ticket is good for one visit to each site. All ages,
including children, must have a ticket. No exceptions.
PS – Walking shoes are ESSENTIAL. No cameras allowed in private
residences!
The 2014 Historic Folsom Holiday Home Tour benefits the Folsom
