The final Convergence Program of the 2013 Series will take place on December 13, 2013 at the Double Tree Hotel in Sacramento.
The program will focus on issues that relate to the Skills Gap, discussing what skills are necessary for students to be learning in school to ensure that they will be successful in the careers of the 21st century economy. Presenting speakers include representatives from SMUD, Chevron – Clean Energy Solutions and Sacramento Employment and Training Agency (SETA). All of which will be commenting on how their organizations are addressing the skills gap and making a positive impact on educational outcomes throughout the Capital Region.
