Investing in Young Professional Growth

SAFE Credit Union president sends over 50 employees to Emerge Summit

Back Sponsored Mar 1, 2016 By Dave Roughton

On March 18, I will send more than 50 SAFE Credit Union employees to the Metro EDGE Emerge Summit. This collaborative effort of Sacramento’s young professional leaders will create an amazing forum to consider new ways of contributing to the growth and transformation of the Sacramento region. Each year, this event draws hundreds of young professionals. The summit promotes innovation and broadens one’s network, all while offering professional development resources.

SAFE supports this type of investment in our region to build a collaborative, sustainable and thriving community. The best way for SAFE to participate is by leveraging one of our greatest assets — our exceptional employees. As an organization, we are committed to attracting and retaining the best young professionals in the industry. Participating in the Metro EDGE Emerge Summit is one of our tactics supporting this strategic initiative.

We are proud to support Metro EDGE with its focus on engaging, developing and empowering its members and the community. I hope you will join SAFE and myself in supporting this annual event.

What are you doing to attract and retain the region’s best young professional talent? Send your rising star employees to join more than 600 young professionals, over 50 of whom will be SAFE employees, at the third annual Emerge Summit on March 18, 2016. Individual and group tickets available now.
