Elite Service Experts, Inc. specializes in plumbing, lighting, electrical, landscaping and general maintenance services with five classifications under their California Contractors License. This full-service maintenance company self-performs 95 percent of services they offer to commercial businesses and properties throughout Northern California.
Founded in 2017, Elite has a corporate office in Sacramento and yard in Rio Linda for field operations. Clients include building owners, property managers, facility managers, business owners, homeowners’ associations, government and municipalities.

There are many exciting things on the horizon for Elite. Currently, the company is implementing a new field service software to enhance capabilities for techs and provide even better communication to clients. They’re also starting residential landscape services, which they believe will lead to residential plumbing and general maintenance-type handyman services.
