Saint John’s Program for Real Change unleashes the potential of women and children in crisis to end the cycle of poverty and dependence, one family at a time. Since 1985, Saint John’s has supported more than 30,000 formerly homeless women and children, providing them with tools and knowledge to change their lives.

The Future Foundation of Sacramento is a nonprofit that provides scholarships to high-achieving students from at-risk backgrounds who are first-in-family to attend college. Future Foundation awards five-year scholarships of $5,000 per year, totaling $25,000.

Since 2010, Meals on Wheels by ACC (MoW) has provided millions of nutritious meals to seniors aged 60 years or better throughout Sacramento County. As we emerge from the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, MoW is reopening sites and making exciting changes.
