To stay physically fit we used to take the support of physical workout or exercise; but in order to keep our mind sharp and active we should definitely go for meditation; meditation will improve thinking power, IQ level, concentration and many others. Therefore apart from exercise we should also go for meditation programs; I am sure while following here we can get some quick solution to improve our meditation.
