Kyle Phillips is the president of Kyle Phillips Golf Course Design in Granite Bay, a full-service design firm providing golf course feasibility, design, construction bid documents, restoration and renovation services. He has designed courses across the globe, including the Wilshire Country Club in Los Angeles and Kingsbarns Golf Links in St. Andrews, Scotland. Phillips is also a member of the American Society of Golf Course Architects.
