Launched in 2022 and based in Sacramento, TriVel Construction, Inc. is transforming the way people experience general construction services and has already established itself as one of the most capable firms in the Sacramento region. That reputation is in large part due to owner Silviano Velazquez, his longtime crew, and their foundation of more than 20 years building projects throughout the region prior to founding TriVel. 

This veteran-owned general contracting company specializes in commercial ground-up buildings, remodels and tenant improvements, with markets in retail, education, office and industrial. “We have completed numerous projects in just our first couple of years as TriVel and look to expand and take on new projects in new areas,” says Velazquez.

TriVel has a strong working relationship with Mark III Asset Management, Inc., a family-owned real estate development and asset management company that services its own portfolio in the Greater Sacramento and Stockton areas. Focused primarily on industrial development since the mid-1980s, Mark III has developed commercial real estate products of all types in California and Texas.
