Joanna started her career at Roseville Electric as an Electric Business Analyst. Through hard work and perseverance, she advanced to lead the division as Electric Utility Financial Administrator before moving up to serve as Assistant Utility Director over Finance and Customer Care.
In addition to overseeing the utility’s financial stability by managing Electric’s Finance and Risk divisions, she directs the large Customer Care division, including their call center and all billing functions.
