Ramco Enterprises, Inc., a diversified commercial real estate and land development company based in West Sacramento, marks nearly six decades of shaping the region’s real estate landscape. At the helm of Ramco Enterprises is Frank Ramos, who has served as president since the company’s inception. Frank has four sons involved in the business. Two of his sons, Tom and Dan, are actively involved in the family businesses. Michael “Mick” runs his own environmental engineering and construction business, Ramcon Engineering, and Kevin is president of Buzz Oates Companies’ Real Estate Division.

Ramco Enterprises has been involved in several significant projects over the years including the 670-acre Southport Industrial Park, the 100-acre River Point Retail Center anchored by IKEA, the Harbor Business Center and with major landholdings in the Bridge District of West Sacramento, along with numerous other industrial and office buildings in the City of West Sacramento. One of their most notable developments was Mace Ranch in Davis, where Frank Ramos played a crucial role in its development. The firm continues to own substantial undeveloped land in east Davis, just north of Interstate 80.
