LDK Ventures has begun construction of NorthBay Logistics Center III, a new development that will consist of two Class A industrial buildings totaling 427,000 square feet. Located at 2030-2040 Cessna Drive in Vacaville, California, this is the Sacramento-based developer’s third project in the city of Vacaville.
NorthBay Logistics Center III’s Building A is 169,877 square feet and Building B is 257,712 square feet. Tenant occupancy will begin Summer 2024, when the project is anticipated to reach first-phase completion.

The logistics center will be built to Class A specifications and include clear height of 36 feet, ESFR sprinklers, 208-foot truck courts with ample trailer parking, and dock and grade level access. The project will offer above standard parking, totaling 515 vehicle and 98 trailer stalls.
NorthBay Logistics Center III is immediately adjacent to Vaca Valley Parkway and the I-505 interchange.
