New Faze Development is expanding its presence in the Greater Sacramento region with two new healthcare projects aimed at meeting the area’s growing demand for post-acute and senior care services.
In Elk Grove, the company plans to build the Elk Grove Post-Acute Rehabilitation & Medical Facility at Lotz Parkway and Whitelock Parkway. The 60,000-square-foot center will include 60 beds and emphasize short-term skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and outpatient care. Designed with patient comfort in mind, the facility will include 176 parking spaces and landscaped grounds to create a modern, restorative environment for recovery.
In El Dorado Hills, New Faze Development is developing the El Dorado Hills Senior Living & Rehabilitation Community, a 60,000-square-foot campus with 87 assisted care beds and a 4,000-square-foot medical office. The community will provide on-site medical and rehabilitation services and feature landscaped plazas, walking paths, and gathering areas designed to promote independence and quality of life for residents.
Both projects are part of a continued effort to create accessible, purpose-built healthcare spaces across the region. The company’s investment reflects the ongoing population growth in Sacramento suburbs and the need for facilities that combine modern design with comprehensive care. Construction of both developments is expected to bring new healthcare options and job opportunities to Elk Grove and El Dorado County in the coming years.
Both projects are currently under construction and are intended to be completed summer of 2026.
