Founder and Chief Change Agent Lee Scott started as a solopreneur in 1997. He crossed paths with Cyrus Aram at VSP in 2001 and stayed in touch and after decades of nagging Aram to leave the corporate ladder for the entrepreneurial experience, Scott prevailed and Aram joined as the CEO in 2018. Scott also believes leadership is more about choices than position or personality. He says, “As a leader, I strive to make three choices consistently: passion for people, faith in the future and playful curiosity. A genuine passion for people makes success a collaborative game instead of a fixed-pie competition. I also focus more faith on future possibilities versus dwelling on limiting beliefs. This faith is a prerequisite to the leadership skill of vision. Third, I love learning more than knowing. This curiosity makes breakdowns just precursors to breakthroughs.”
