This October, Livingston’s Concrete Service, Inc. will proudly celebrate 80 years of serving Northern California. Founded in 1946 by Edith and Vince Livingston, the company was built on a simple vision: provide quality ready-mix concrete and deliver customer service that exceeds expectations.
Eight decades later, that commitment continues to guide the family-owned and operated business. Today, Livingston’s is one of the Sacramento region’s leading independent ready-mix suppliers, operating batch plants in North Highlands, Rancho Cordova and Marysville. Supported by approximately 70 employees and a fleet of nearly 40 ready-mix trucks, the company serves projects throughout the greater Sacramento Valley while remaining committed to the family values and customer-focused approach that have defined the company for generations.

Under the leadership of third-generation President Joe Russi and Vice President Shannon Russi, Livingston’s continues to put its customers first by understanding the pressures they face every day.
