When it comes to women in leadership, CohnReznick is all in.
The highly regarded advisory, assurance and tax firm, with 29 U.S. offices and registered global entities in India and the Philippines, continues to advance its commitment to cultivating and promoting women into its leadership ranks.
Laura Wilder is one of the firm’s many women partners. With CohnReznick for 20 years and a tax partner for nine years, Wilder has seen “a definite shift in the industry. More women than ever are being recruited, hired and promoted. I’m very proud that our firm has been at the forefront in that process.”
Wilder speaks with equal pride about CohnReznick’s 2025 Vault Accounting 25 rankings, which placed the firm among its top six firms for overall diversity. Vault assesses thousands of accounting firms each year and ranks the top ones based on prestige, diversity, quality of life and overall best to work for.
Angela Ty joined CohnReznick recently as an assurance partner. With a combined 20 years at major U.S. advisory, audit and tax firms, Ty focuses on private equity funds, venture capital, hedge funds and more. She is committed to leveraging technology to drive audit efficiency and improve the client experience.
“One thing I Iove about our firm is our commitment to continually evolve.”— Angela Ty, Assurance Partner
“The world is moving faster than ever, but we use a variety of leading tools to manage volume, develop strategy and better support our stakeholders. One thing I Iove about our firm is how we employ technology to continually evolve our processes and the client experience,” she says.
Wilder seconds that notion. “We love the tech tools we have and their ability to strengthen our client relationships. But it is also critical to spend face time as a team and with our clients in person,” she says. Wilder also extols the firm’s appreciation for its own people. “Everyone has lives and families outside the workplace — I am the mother of a seven-year-old son — and the firm supports its people by prioritizing work-life balance through flexible work schedules. But what we never lose sight of is the importance of building personal relationships. That’s what we’ve always been about.”
