Ruben Moody is a freelance photographer, from North Sacramento, currently based in Historic Oak Park. Initially he picked up the camera in early 2016 to practice self care while working for an area non-profit. Since, he has donated photography services to local non-profits, including the Ronald McDonald House and City Year. On Dec. 6, Green Tech held its End of Year Celebration at La Venadita in Oak Park. The event was held to highlight the accomplishments of Green Tech’s students in 2017 as well as help the organization achieve important end of year funding goals. Green Tech is a community based nonprofit that prepares local youth for jobs in the green sector.
