The North State BIA hosted its 2014 Sacramento Regional Housing Forecast on Thursday, November 13 at the Double Tree Hotel in Sacramento.This year’s featured speakers were Dr. Sanjay Varshney of California State University, Sacramento; Greg Paquin of The Gregory Group; and David Crowe, Chief Economist, National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
