We’re excited to share something new we’ve been building at Single Mom Strong, shaped with one group in mind: your teens.

The CA Arts & Culture Summit will take place Monday, April 20, 2026, at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium and the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. The Summit convenes leaders across sectors to exchange ideas, build power, and shape a shared vision for the future of arts and culture in California.

Local residents throughout the Sacramento region are eligible to file their taxes for free through United Way California Capital Region’s Free Tax Prep program that runs through April 15.

On the first weekend of every month, we participate in the Bank of America’s Museums on Us program. Museums on Us is available to Bank of America, Merrill, or Bank of America Private Bank credit or debit cardholders during the first full weekend of every month. Visitors must show their card and a valid photo ID at the front desk.
