Join us for Women’s Empowerment’s 24th Annual Gala, a special evening dedicated to raising funds for Sacramento’s nonprofit organization that is celebrating its 100th session of educating, empowering, and employing women experiencing homelessness to support their families.

The event includes a cocktail party, plated dinner, silent and live auctions, and a panel discussion featuring graduates of the program.

Women’s Empowerment provides the most comprehensive job-readiness program in the Sacramento area designed to help women break the cycle of homelessness. Each participant receives personalized support, classes, free transportation, onsite childcare, meals, and lifetime services including counseling, job training, financial assistance, and transitional workforce housing.

In 2024, 155 graduates secured employment or enrolled in advanced training or school, with 89% maintaining or improving their housing. Since 2001, nearly 2,000 women and their children have graduated from the program.
