As a part of AIACV’s Experience Architecture 2020, join us for this panel discussion on how inequity in healthcare affects health outcomes.

Presented by AIA Central Valley’s Academy of Architecture for Health (AAH) and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committees
Overview : This lively and informative event features panelists from UC Davis Health, the Sacramento LGBT Center, Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Health. Panelists will share their personal experiences in Sacramento’s current healthcare system, the effects of the COVID-19 global pandemic, and how they’re currently addressing inequities among marginalized groups in our community.

Architects from the Chapter’s healthcare and equity diversity & inclusion committees will ask questions that focus on approaches and solutions that can remediate and improve community health in our region.
