Bill Heinicke earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago and has been a licensed architect since 1988. Since moving to California in 1990, he has planned all types of school and community college facilities throughout the Sacramento region, and in 2009, Bill joined the Elk Grove Unified School District and now leads the team responsible for all district facilities planning issues. Bill is a U.S. Green Building Council Accredited Professional and an Association for Learning Environments Accredited Learning Environment Planner.
