Founded in 2015, Pacific Ridge Builders, Inc. (PRB) has established roots in the Greater Sacramento area, emerging as a standout in the local CRE industry. Offering comprehensive services including preconstruction, design-build, cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling and sustainability, PRB distinguishes itself through their commitment to excellence.
“Sacramento is a great market and growing in all the sectors we focus on, including corporate interiors, industrial, data centers, life science and lab/R&D,” says President and CEO Thomas Newman. “We plan on growing organically, focusing on providing great value to our clients by delivering high-quality projects within schedule.”
PRB’s recent successes include tenant improvement projects such as 63,000 square feet on R Street for a state agency, 11,000 square feet on Gateway Oaks Drive, and an impressive eight-floor project in Natomas for a pharmaceutical company.
PRB has gained recognition for its project management expertise and commitment to providing a personable building experience. At the heart of PRB’s operations is the core value of “People First.” “People are at the core of everything we do,” Newman says. “We prioritize people, including our employees, clients, design partners and subcontractors, above all else. We invest in people at every level and ensure that each working relationship and experience is the best it can be.”
“We plan on growing organically, focusing on providing great value to our clients by delivering high-quality projects within the promised time period.”

We look forward to helping shape the fabric of the area for many years to come.”
