For the last 20 years, Roseville-based LP Consulting Engineers, Inc.(LPCE) has been providing award-winning, full-service design, and engineering resources.
Professionally licensed in California, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming, LPCE delivers innovative yet cost-effective solutions for city, county, state, and federal agencies as well as private clients with projects including retail centers, office buildings, churches, restaurants, schools, hospitals and more.
They’re a true leader in their field, creating picturesque places for communities and families to gather and ensuring cost-effective resources are utilized. Their recent marquis projects reflect their commitment to these values.
To support the rapidly growing area of Lincoln, LPCE assisted in the Twelve Bridges High School project to craft an environmentally friendly and cost-effective design which saved $1 million and 8 weeks in planning and construction. The design includes accessible ramps for those in the disability community and a 126,650-square-foot multi-story campus to support 2,100 students.
Recently, LPCE completed the $40 million North Natomas Community Center and Aquatics Complex which includes an Olympic-sized pool and community center to provide entertainment, social and exercise options for the rapidly growing area. The complex will also be home to Inderkum High School’s aquatics program and will host a variety of regional competitive swimming meets.
The 777 West Carlos project in San Jose is a stunning family-friendly four-story residential area with panoramic views, all atop a parking garage and cafe. LPCE supported the City of San Jose’s 2040 vision of improving commercial-residential balance while increasing walkability and job growth.
