On March 24 at the Pavilions Shopping Center developer Federico Cohan, founder of Luxe Urban Life Inc., introduced his new development project. Luxe Urban Life is a new urban development that will include affordable housing, modern homes, malls, lofts, restaurants, retail and much more, built with sustainable materials including recycled containers. Three time world champion Tony “The Tiger” Lopez was in attendance, along with former radio hosts, business owners and real estate professionals.
